Nigel French

Nigel French is a graphic designer, photographer, and design teacher, based in Lewes, UK.

He is author of InDesign Type, and coauthor of The Type Project Book, and the Photoshop Visual Quickstart Guide.

Nigel has recorded more than fifty titles for the LinkedIn Learning online training library, contributes regularly to  CreativePro Magazine and speaks at CreativePro Week and Adobe MAX.

Ken Jones headshot

Ken Jones

Ken Jones worked as in-house Technical Production Manager for Penguin Group UK for several years.

During this time wrote the group print policy, created and maintained the PDF and preflight standards and introduced a colour management policy.

Ken is the founder of Circular Software, used by dozens of global book publishers to create thousands of print and ebooks.

With this real-life understanding of print and digital workflows and through working with many of the UK's largest publishers he can offer publishing advice for publishers of all sizes.

Chris Gregory

Chris Gregory started in editorial design and production using phototypesetting and paste-up before encountering a Macintosh Plus for the first time and becoming an early adopter and advocate for desktop publishing.

On joining a major Apple reseller, he initially created and provided its training courses, ultimately running its training department for several years.

He later started his own consultancy providing training programmes on Adobe InDesign and associated software for multiple organisations, with a particular focus on the publishing industry.
